Players should put their name tags on the board in the Club House to reserve a court.  If the Club House is locked, players should write their names and shoe tag number on the board attached to the fence to reserve a court.  Furthermore, players should put the time they started playing on the fence board even if their tags are on the board in the Club House.

Court time is 30 minutes in length, changeable on the half-hour.  Players are entitled to at least 30 minutes of play before changeover.  Thus, players may play more than 30 minutes if they arrived after the changeover.  The 30 minute rule excludes tournament and ladder play.

A player shall not occupy a court alone while others are waiting to play.

Members must wear their shoe tags at all times.

  Non-marking tennis shoes are required.

All fees for membership, house league, inter club teams, junior programs, tournaments, and special events must be paid in advance.

Members are allowed to bring guests at an additional cost of $10.00 per person per visit (except during organized club events). When playing doubles, two people must be members: when playing singles, one person must be a member. Guest fees must be paid before guests are allowed to play. It is the responsibility of the member to collect guest fees and forward to an Executive member.

The club member in charge shall arrange Friday round robin matches.

Club tournaments, ladder and league games may require priority of courts.

Players demonstrating abusive language or other signs of unsuitable bad temper may be asked to leave.

Members must keep the combination lock to the entrance gate confidential.

Players shall not play on wet courts or when there is thunder and or lightning.

The Executive may suspend or revoke membership if club rules are repeatedly violated.
