Regulations (update is pending):

  • Members must wear their shoe tags at all times.
  • Non-marking tennis shoes are required.
  • Players demonstrating abusive language or other signs of unsuitable bad temper may be asked to leave.
  • Members must keep the combination lock to the entrance gate confidential.
  • Players shall not play on wet courts or when there is thunder and or lightning.
  • Players MUST book courts on-line at the club website before coming to the club.
  • Members are allowed to bring guests at an additional cost of $10 per person per visit (except during organized club events).  When playing doubles, two people must be members; when playing singles, one person must be a member.  Guest fees must be paid before guests are allowed to play.  It is the responsibility of the member to collect guest fees and forward to an Executive member. 
  • SINGLES or DOUBLES may be played. If there are less than 4 people playing, please put “None” in the player
    and contact information fields.
  • Players who want to book courts for practice purposes (during non-prime time hours only) may do so by putting "practice" under the Player 2 field.  Please put the same telephone number under Player 2.
  • Players can check the on-line booking system 30 minutes before court time to see if there is free time after original court time to extend court playing time by another 1hr.
  • Prime-time court bookings must be cancelled by 12pm and at least 1 hour before the booked court time for non-prime-time bookings, if players cannot show up for play.
  • PRIME TIME (6:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. weekdays and weekends) RULES:
    • ONLY ONE (1) HOUR A DAY IS ALLOWED FOR ALL PLAYERS (Whether you are the person booking or the person(s) playing with the person that booked). This is to give those members who work during the day a chance to book courts and play.
    • Players can check on-line booking when already at the courts to see if there is available time after original court time to extend court playing time by another 1 hour.
    • Juniors may be allowed to play during prime time as long as they are able to rally for 10 consecutive shots at an intermediate pace. Otherwise, please adhere to the Club Member hours.
    • No practice during prime time (i.e. no ball hoppers, no practicing against the practice wall)
    • We expect all our members to adhere to the club rules. If any of these rules are not complied with, a warning will be sent to offending members and if further action is needed, membership may and can be revoked.
    • 1st violation - a warning e-mail will be sent to the member(s)
    • 2nd violation - member(s) will lose court booking privilege for 1 week.
    • 3rd violation - member(s) will lose court booking privilege for 2 weeks
    • 4th violation - membership will be revoked with NO REFUND.

Please note: The personal information you provide on your application may be shared with other membersof the club who wish to contact you for the purpose of playing tennis. This information will also be sent tothe City, Scarborough Tennis Federation and the Ontario Tennis Association. If you do not wish to haveyour information shared, please notify a member of the Executive.
